Writing Workshop week 4

Hello and welcome back to my blog,

This weeks blog for writing was: selects words and phrases to enhance meaning and/or mood

confidently shape ideas for effect. For our create task we had to read some poems and pick one to use. Once we picked one poem we had to write down different things that we saw written in the here is what I did:

After we did this task we got to write a poem and choose what it's about and what type of poem we want to do. I wrote a poem on lockdown and choose to make it a rhyming poem. Here it is.

Lockdown Rhyming poem

This year was going to be fun, but the coronavirus came and won.

The coronavirus has made trouble and now we're all in bubbles.

Now, we're stuck at home, nowhere to go.
Everyday the same.
School work, Netflix, Exercise.
Are the only things that are keeping me sane.

I can’t wait to go back to school,

So I could see my friend, that would be cool.

Hope that you enjoyed this blog.
Have you ever written a poem?
Stay tuned for more blog post coming soon.
Bye!
