Writing

Hello and welcome back to my blog,

For today blog i'll be talking to you about my writing workshop this week. Here is our goal,
Use “show not tell” when appropriate. For our create task this week we had a choice out of 4 different subjects I choose lost. We had to write down show not tell. What I mean by show not tell is when writing a story you want to show emotion so the reader can understand what the characters in the story.
Here is my story.

Lost

Her eyes started watering. Her legs start shaking as a cold breese hits her. Looking around not knowing where to go, not remembering what way she came. The sun starts going down as it starts to get dark. She looks at her watch seeing how late it was. Hours have passed since she started walking. Her legs started getting tierd. She finds a place to sit down and gets a drink of water out of her drink bottle. She opened her drink bottle as there was no water left. She starts panicking as there is no one around to help. Her heart starts pumping as she feels like she's stuck in a maze with no way out.

Hope you enjoyed this blog.
Have you ever used show not tell in a story?
Bye!
